New News Article:

News needs to be added in a specific format. If you are clicking the add news button, then put your title in the first box (the small one), and the text marked below as "Text box" in the larger box.

<noinclude>Put the full text here. --~~~~</noinclude>

On the main page, this will display the title, followed by "Short text". Please keep this text as short as possible and make sure it describes what your news will be about.

On the actual news page, you will see only the title, and the full text. The short will be hidden. You can make the full text as long as you want, just make sure to include your sig! Finally make sure that the very last thing is the </noinclude> tag!

If you want, you can just copy the text in the box above and change the parts you need, just do not remove the --~~~~ at the end!

Archiving:

There are two things you need to do if you want to move a section to the archive section. First, you need to find your article in the full edit page and move it to the appropriate section. Place the article to be archived just before the HTML comment:

<!-- ///MOVE ARTICLE ABOVE HERE TO ARCHIVE IT!/// -->

Second, remove the </noinclude> at the very end of your article. Leaving this here will cause further archived articles to be displayed improperly.
