Movement

Area to Area

• NORTH or N, SOUTH or S, EAST or E, WEST or W, UP or U, DOWN or D, NORTHWEST or NW, NORTHEAST or NE, SOUTHWEST or SW, SOUTHEAST or SE - Basic movement between rooms

• EXITS - Gives you a list of the obvious exits from your location. Of course, the less obvious ones won't show up here - you have to THINK in order to locate those. These are the same exits you see if you use LOOK or when you enter a room. Hints to other exits will be found in the room description normally.

 NOTE: Some exits require different commands to move to another room. 
       All types of movement are also not guarenteed to be reversable or may be one way. 
       IE...You can not always rely on returning from one location to another exactly the reverse as you came.

• ENTER - Enter is a special command to allow entrence into a place, door or object. If you type 'enter' while you are outdoors, you'll enter any nearby shelter. You can also follow 'enter' with an argument; for example, 'enter window'. Enter will also allow you to enter some bushes, enter a manhole, or a Gateway.

 Usage: enter [place] [door] [object]

• CLIMB - Climb allows your to CLIMB up or down vines, rope, or other climable objects, though some are hard enough to require

a skill to climb them. A wall or cliff for an example would most likely need the climb skill.

 Usage: climb <object>        

• LEAVE - If you feel claustrophobic, typing 'leave' will make you use the nearest obvious exit to the outside, Sometimes helpful or harmful because the nearest exit is often the one you just entered from. So if an Angry Mob is chasing you, Leave might just put you closer to that mob again.

• LOCK UNLOCK BOLT UNBOLT OPEN CLOSE BASH are all good examples of commands use for movement and for manipulating an object or a combat attack. A chest or door for example can be opened or closed, locked or unlocked with the proper key, and bolted or unbolted. Not recommended, but bashing down a door is an option you could try, don't be surprised if you get more damage then the door does.

 Usage: Lock <object> <direction>
        unlock <object> <direction>
        bolt <object> <direction>
        unbolt <object> <direction>
        open <object> <direction>
        close <object> <direction>
        Bash  <object> <direction>
